There are several words that can describe this daughter of support genius, some would call her an innovative prodigy who could hold a wrench before she could hold a bottle, some would call her a NEET who rarely left her room unless it was to go to the library, and many would call her an asshole who blatantly ignores social boundaries. Regardless of what you call her Hibiki is someone who is unflinching about the ways she gets things done.
The blue-haired engineer has little care for people's personal space, preferring to breach it entirely in favor of asking highly personal questions that she will then spring on you later or store in her personal blog. These questions often border between the three digits on the back of your credit card to what color underwear you are wearing. All of this is spoken with a blunt demeanor that almost makes it sound like she's speaking to you like an NPC in a video game, which comes from her sheer disinterest in all things 3D. Whether it's girls, trees, or water physics she prefers the virtual world by a wide margin, so much so that she tries to envision the whole world around her like it's a game... much to her dismay she's not the best at it. On top of this all she is the type to bring back things you've told her in very unfortunate circumstances, like it's a cruel game.
Despite her brutal social nature, Hibiki is a patient person who doesn't like to rush other people. She'll often slow the pace of whoever she's talking to and take things in stride not too worried about deadlines. Even if she likes to rub things in she is also quite humble when it comes to her abilities and doesn't like complements, preferring to disregard her inherent skill with a passive remark like, "Eh there is someone better out there worth praising."
Hibiki's online lifestyle has given her an inherent advantage when it comes to calculating numbers and outcomes, having spent many months coding nonstop she's used to thinking through things on the fly in the most precise way possible. This numbers based way of thinking does have it's detriments when it comes to dealing with people but it pays off when she's working on support gear or planning out how she'll go about engaging someone.
It may not look it but Hibiki is excellent at flirting, almost to an unhealthy degree, it's like she's spent more time reading about romantic social situations than actively participating in real conversations. She'll often use this skill to fluster people for her own personal gain, or to confuse people so she can avoid having to talk further. That said this skill is only efficient when talking to girls, something she contributes to her parents only having yuri manga around the house.
Everything has a price, that's another doctrine Hibiki lives by and she'll do near anything for the right price. This price can be rather ludicrous though, but if you pay her she'll basically do anything for you. This can range from pranking someone, building you support gear, or starting a riot to overthrow the government. Everything has a price.
When it comes to the young Hosokawa's interests there is plenty to be talked about. The most obvious comes from her upbringing, she's a great love for all things mechanics. As a baby she'd often break things apart to see how they functioned on the inside, having a very destructive creative process of reverse engineering. Growing up this passion only grew further with her spending more time with old toasters than she spent with actual humans, which further contributed to her poor social skills. Her parents owning a small-time support gear company led her to have plenty of things to work with, and grew into a passion for hero gear in general.
Looks are deceiving but this NEET is rather athletic, as she had more hobbies than just tech growing up. Among these was table tennis, a hobby she spent a lot of her time on. Her preferred style is looping the ball so it curves and falls dead off her opponents racket. On top of this she is also the type to play fighting games, loving the competitive nature of a one on one battle.
Her parents ended up influencing her passions as well giving her two notable ones, the first being bunnies something that littered her home. Bunny memorabilia, actual bunnies, bunny hairpins. You name it she probably grew up with it. The more controversial of the two is her... odd love of a grease that stems from many factors, the most notable is her being nose-deep in mechanics most of the day but the manga around the house also helped grow this interest.
There are four things Hibiki hates magicians for doing lame party tricks to get dates, the cold for making her hands too frigid to get any work done, soda for people actively downing acid, and real people for being 3D, "damn ugly 3D people."

Hibiki is the in between of both her parents, being a little under average. Luckily her parents both being insane outliers of body shapes she ended up being perfectly average, something she credits to her ping pong exercise regimen. Like both of her parents she has deep blue eyes with blue hair from the shorter of the two. She's fairly fit, not that it's visible though under her dense hoodie.
She wears the same blue hoodie she's been wearing for the past 5 years, underneath she wears a sports shirt and running shorts since she never knows where a battle could come from. In her hair is a carrot hair-clip she got from her parents for her 8th birthday and she treasures it greatly.
HISTORY
These online classes soon made her entirely isolated within her own bedroom, a place where she was surrounded by bunnies... and loneliness, that was until she made a close-friend over the internet named Yoko, her and Yoko became incredibly close and they share nearly every aspect of their life together. While nearing the end of her middle school classes she soon realized that she would inevitably be making hero gear for the very people she detested if she didn't do something about that, so she came up with a very solid foundation. If she was to become a hero... she could just be the one using her own gear! With this idea in mind she asked her parents to help her get enrolled into Isamu Academy High School, and with the help of her already existing knowledge of support gear she quickly grew accustomed to the chug and flow of machinery around her and she fit right in.
While she has a distrust of heroes as she does all people, she doesn't generally give into the fear-mongering. After seeing the message by Afterglow she's beginning to realize the lacking presence of heroes in society, with this in mind she's beginning to develop more tech to help those who are quirkless or have quirks that aren't combat efficient even with the help of tech, under the belief that quantity is better than quality when it comes to heroes.

Quirk AND SKILLS
QUIRK TYPE: Mutation

QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Hibiki's quirk has given her completely hollow bones, these bones are incredibly good at resonating sound between each other and allow Hibiki to store up sound before releasing it as powerful waves based on the pitch of the sound she stores within herself. To store the sound Hibiki has to hum the pitch of the sound she wants to store for 1 post, after doing so she has to wait a number of posts to amplify the power of the resonance. After 1 post of storing Hibiki can release the sound to deal bronze tier damage, after 2 posts of storing Hibiki can release the sound to deal silver tier damage, after 3 posts of storing Hibiki can release the sound to do gold tier damage. After Hibiki's 3rd post of storing she only can store it for 2 more posts before the resonance is lost and she has to start charging again. Hibiki's quirk also gives her incredible vocal ranges being able to reach peak male lows, and peak female highs with ease.
Bass: By humming a low note Hibiki can store a short range but explosive blunt force within her body. After 1 post of storing it is capable of small bruises, and is strong enough to break damaged wooden structures. After 2 posts of storing it is capable of welts and is able to destroy wooden slabs and break tree branches. After 3 posts of storing it is capable of breaking bones and destroying weakened concrete structures. These blasts can only be shot directly at up to 5 feet in a line at full force, and deal one tier less damage at ranges up to 10 feet in a line.
Alto: By humming a medium-high note Hibiki is capable of storing medium range but violent forces. After 1 post of storing it isn't capable of harming a person but causes the ground beneath them to vibrate with the force of a magnitude III earthquake, not enough to cause damage but could be a potential distraction to those who have to focus or need to keep their footing. After 2 posts of storing it vibrates the ground with the force of a magnitude V earthquake, it is capable of causing bruises from the shaking and potential falling debris, and it enough to cause people to have to stop focusing and stand still. After 3 posts of storing it shakes the floor with the force of a magnitude VII earthquake, it is capable of causing welts from the shaking and potential falling debris, and it's enough to knock people over who are within it's range from the violent shaking. This force can resonate through most objects but thick metal reduces the tier of the damage by 1. The vibrating is over a 30 foot radius around Hibiki.
Soprano: By humming a high note Hibiki is capable of storing high range and slashing forces. After 1 post of storing it isn't capable of harming a person but may cause damage to paper and thin clothing, the high-pitched noise may cause hearing damage to those with sensitive ears. After 2 posts of storing it is capable of causing incredibly thin cuts similar to a paper cut to any exposed skin it comes into contact with and will cut through common glass, the high-pitched noise will cause those close to it to become disoriented. After 3 posts of storing it is capable of causing flesh wounds to any exposed skin it comes into contact with and it capable of cutting through tree branches, the high-pitched noise will cause those close to it to begin bleeding from the ears forcing them to either cover their ears or become highly disoriented. This force can go up to 50 feet in a straight line and dissipates if it comes into contact with anything in between it can't cut through.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Hibiki's quirk requires time to build up powerful blasts, if she doesn't have one charged up she will have to find time during a fight to charge her quirk so that she can fight back. On top of this she needs to keep calm and steady breaths to keep the stored resonance held, so any blows that hit her stomach have the potential to knock the sound out of her and she'll have to restart her charge from the very beginning.
All of Hibiki's resonances have blowback that causes her to face damage based on two tier lower than the damage it deals to other people. So for example if she releases a post 3 charge Bass blast she suffers bruises while her opponent is at risk of receiving bone breaking damage. This goes for all of her blasts meaning she suffers repercussions for every attack she does. This damage is actually mitigated by her sound system based hero gear, that allows her to shoot the sound through amps that run through her hero outfit, rather than her mouth. When her hero gear is damaged and she's forced to emit blasts from her mouth she is at risk of taking one tier lower damage than the damage her quirk deals to other people. Her hero gear can be damaged by 3 targeted gold quirk attacks towards it. When her hero gear is destroyed she also loses the ability to aim her quirk meaning the shots come out far more sporadically.
Hibiki much like her parent's quirk has fragile bones meaning that it's easier to shatter her bones than those of other people, she has to be especially careful of powerful blunt attacks or risk facing serious damage for it, taking blunt attacks as one tier higher of damage when coming from a non-sound based attack.
